CARPI – The fashion companies subscribing   for next edition of Moda makers are 38 but they are still increasing.  Compared to the “zero” edition of last May at Villa Ascari,  the increasing is  of 15 additional companies. The fashion event – organized by Expomodena, the consortium of  Business Associations, with the collaboration of Promec and Carpi Fashion System, a project coordinated by the City of Carpi with the financial contribution of the CR Carpi Foundation – will take place, next   15, 16 and  17 November  in a marquee set up in Piazza Re Astolfo, in the old town centre of Carpi.

Three days instead of two, new location and more participants: Moda  Makers starts to get serious and returns in November with several news. Expectations are high: last May the fashion event (organized in a few months) has attracted about 320 buyers from Italy and Europe,  but also  from Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Japan with great satisfaction of both the organizers and the entrepreneurs who   “bet” on this event, getting  particularly involved and strictly cooperating in partnership. All participating companies have in fact made available and shared their database of  foreign customers,   invited to visit Moda Makers.  The  objective of the fair is in fact to promote the Carpi fashion district and increase its attractivity to international buyers.

The edition of November will be focused on the Automn-Winter 2017-18 collections with more than 3000 knitwear and clothing  fashion creations, real examples  of the district  “know how”.   The list of the exhibitors  includes:   A. Lisa Mood, Ann Max, Angela F., Lungidame, Opificio Modenese, Creazioni Rosanna&Co., Donne da Sogno, Donatella De Paoli, Eccentrica, Cuore di Maglia, Acquachiara, Gigliorosso, Gil, Giovani Idee, Glò di Moda, Alma Righi, Ilenia B., Elisabetta Minelli Collection, Io&Te Maglierie, Linea Donna, Paola Davoli Knitwear, Maglierie Ellegi, Maglificio FraRosa, Dielle, Acquabymita, Le maglie di Milly, Mr. Giuly, Antonella Razzoli, Rosso Perla, Belwood, Victoria C., Severi Silvio, Maglificio Sorriso, S&M Group, Veronica Effe, Roberta Neri, Weg Fashion and Eleonora Amadei.

“ This edition is  more remarkable   than the previous one – claims  Simone Morelli the city of Carpi  councillor for  Economy  – as it  will see  the participation of a greater number of exhibiting companies and it  will take place in the historic center, welcoming buyers and guests  in a location which  has a lot to offer in terms of artistic and cultural interest”.  (Claudia Rosini)
