Last 31 of May , the honour courtyard of the Palce of Pio in Carpi, hosted the 2016 first incoming event of foreign buyers.
The event, realized thanks to the co-financing of the CR Carpi Foundation and the organization of the Municipality of Carpi and Promec, hosted 31 Fashion companies of the district and welcomed 12 foreign professionals and buyers coming from France, Ireland, Korea, United Kingdom and Switzerland.
The companies had the opportunity to show the buyers their collections S/S 2017 with some garments A/W 2016-2017as well. After the exhibition the event continued with a series of visits to the companies, in order to deepen and conclude agreements and contracts.
The B2B meetings have been 146, the company visits 29.
The buyers expressed great appreciation for both the logistical organization and the formula of planned meetings. Almost all the fashion companies stated that they want to participate in the next editions.
